Planning for a successful day each day is really important! Here are some ideas that could help you plan for a more productive day!

- Try just waking up 10-15 minutes earlier than your normal time and use that time to meditate, collect your thoughts, write and prepare for a successful day.

- Imagine the desired result you would like for the day. Picture which goals you want to complete and what steps you have to take to complete these goals.

- Plan your calendar, set your schedule and organize your to-do lists for the day. You can use different types of apps like todoist, evernote or google calendar to keep yourself more organized.

- Schedule time for exercise, even if it’s only for 30 minutes during your day. Plan healthy meals and snacks. Exercise is important for not only your physical health but also your mental health too.
- Choose the top 4 most important tasks that you have to complete for the day and focus on completing those 4 tasks.

- Start working and completing the 4 tasks that you have selected to be done for the day. Pick the hardest task first (this is called eating the frog) and have proven to be a productive method for getting things done.

- Plan for tomorrow. Set your future self up for success. What you complete today can help you get ahead tomorrow.

- Reflect and practice gratitude. Think of things that you are thankful for and write them in a gratitude journal.

- Unplug from electronics. Unplug and spend time with people you love!
- Sleep. This is important. You need at least 7 hours of sleep to recharge and start your day on a good note!
